Janeen Welsh, Vice President and co-owner, joined Tim in the growing family business a
year after it’s inception, doing the bookkeeping and managing the material ordering, all the
while raising three young children. As the business grew and the projects become more
sophisticated, Janeen’s role expanded to design and product selection. She is a certified
Kitchen and Bath Remodeler and is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist through the National
Association of the Remodeling Industry. Janeen has a hands on role in every project, guiding the
client through the material selection process, managing the ordering, insuring that all
selections coordinate and enhance the beauty of the renovation. She makes sure everything
is on site and ready for installation as the project progresses.

What Janeen loves most about guiding her clients through the remodeling process is sharing in the moment when they realize that their vision has finally been fulfilled.
