Step One:
Introduction
A project developer will contact you to discuss details and goals of your project, your investment range, and your ideal timeline. They will also review our process and how it may work with your project, touch on cost range, discuss and schedule options, and layout the next steps. All this to ensure we are a good fit for each other as we start to develop your project and our relationship.
Step Two:
Design
Our experienced designers will walk you through the entire design process enabling you to visualize your remodeling project with the aid of conceptual sketches and 3D CAD renderings.
Step Three:
Estimates
Our detailed estimates are based on your specifications and are broken down by numerous construction components to give you a comprehensive cost for your project. We can also identify potential deduct options to help meet your budget.
​We utilize a fixed-cost Construction Agreement along with a Change Order process that will keep you apprised of the overall cost throughout the course of your project, so there are no surprises at the end.
​We also offer a Time & Materials Construction Agreement if your project requires more flexibility.
Step Four:
Planning for Production
We create detailed plans showing each phase of your project, including elevations, details, and 3D renderings; providing as much accuracy as possible ensures your project progresses with fewer uncertainties.
A pre-construction meeting is scheduled with your project manager to prepare you and your family for your project.

Options will be provided for all of the finish details to create a fully comprehensive and aesthetically attractive project.
Step Five:
Production
During construction, your project team will meet with you on a weekly basis to review the production schedule, keep you up to date on the status of your project, and answer any questions. Additionally, you have 24-hour access to your project manager by phone and email, should you need to contact us.
We will utilize our knowledge, tenured subcontractors, and experienced staff to work through your project efficiently and carefully to ensure you receive the best project outcome, that your home is taken care of, and your experience is exceptional.
